Each of eleven regional CTAP offices provides technology support services in the areas of staff development, technical assistance, information and learning resources, telecommunications infrastructure, and coordination and funding. CTAP Region IV is one of the eleven regional centers in California working to provide assistance to schools and districts in collaboration with county offices of education, other regional programs, colleges and universities. Region IV is comprised of the seven counties surrounding the north San Francisco Bay area: Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, San Francisco, San Mateo, and Solano.
